Product Outline
Signal Boosteris the signal enhancing cocktail. By simply dilute antibodies with Signal Booster, you can get stronger signal while reducing background. The reagent can be used for the variety of immunoreaction-related detection systems.
Signal Booster is consisted of two types of cocktail solutions, Solution A and Solution B. Please refer to Manual for the usage since the two solutions differ in their composition and the nature of enhancement.
Principle
The main component of Signal Booster is a certain polymer and proteins. These components change the surface physico-chemical properties of anitgens and antibodies, ehnhance the chance of encountering, and enhance the specific binding of antigen and antibody. By the same mechanism, these components reduce the non-specific binding and reduce background. As a result, you can get higher signal with lower background.

You can use Signal Booster for Western Blotting, ELISA and other related detection systems. Since the product does not affect the activities of HRP or ALP, you can use antibody and antigens labeled by these enzymes. The product can be also used for systems using luminecence, fluorescence, and others. -

No, both solutions are maximized for ther abilities as they are, and we do not garantee ability after dilution.
